Q. How many Temporary Tag Bags can I order at one time?
A. Temporary Tag Bags can be ordered in multiples of 100, 200, 500 or 1,000. You may order only one case per order and total orders will be limited to 1,500 bags per month.

Q. How long will it take to receive my Temporary Tag Bags?
A. IPI strives to ship all temporary tag bags orders within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground. Once shipped from our Anamosa warehouse, orders should typically be delivered anywhere within Iowa in 1-2 business days.

Q. Who assembles the Temporary Tag Bags?
A. Offender trainees, supervised by IPI staff, assemble the Temporary Tag Bags in IPI's Graphic Arts Shop located with the Anamosa State Penitentiary as part of our work training program.

Q. Do my tax dollars support IPI?
A. Iowa Prison Industries is a self-supporting division of the Department of Corrections. Revenue from the sale of products pays for all cost of operation, including civilian salaries, offender allowances, raw materials, and equipment. No tax dollars are appropriated by the legislature.

Q. Can I purchase other IPI products for my company or for my personal use?
A. IPI's products and services may be purchased only by governmental agencies, school districts, non-profit groups and employees of these organizations per Iowa Administrative Code 201–37.2 (904)Iowa Administrative Code 201–37.2 (904).
